About the Role:
Validation Associates LLC is looking for a passionate and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join their growing team in Albuquerque, NM. Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' physical conditions, medical histories, and functional limitations to develop individualized treatment plans
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and rehabilitative techniques to improve patient mobility and reduce pain
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
- Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and post-treatment care
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and facility standards
- Supervise and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and support staff as applicable
Requirements:
- Valid New Mexico Physical Therapist (PT) license or ability to obtain licensure prior to start date
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Experience in outpatient, orthopedic, neurological, or related PT settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic modalities, manual therapy techniques, and evidence-based practice
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Compensation: $70.00 - $75.00 per hour
