About the Role:
Validation Associates LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join their care team in Albuquerque, NM. Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene assistance
- Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration
- Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper body mechanics and safety protocols
- Support patients with meals, feeding, and nutritional intake documentation
- Communicate patient status changes and concerns promptly to nursing staff and care team
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients and residents
- Document care activities accurately in accordance with facility and compliance standards
Requirements:
- Active and valid CNA certification in the state of New Mexico
- Prior experience in a long-term care, assisted living, or clinical setting preferred
- Strong understanding of patient care techniques, infection control, and safety procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families, and staff
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Compassionate, patient-centered attitude with a commitment to dignity and respect
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus

Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
