About the Role:
Validation Associates LLC is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team in Albuquerque, NM. Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and wound care
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress accurately in medical records
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and post-care instructions
- Perform routine clinical procedures such as catheter care, IV maintenance, and specimen collection
- Observe and report changes in patient condition to supervising nursing staff or physicians
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant care environment in accordance with regulatory standards
Requirements:
- Active LPN or LVN license in the state of New Mexico (or ability to obtain)
- Graduate of an accredited practical/vocational nursing program
- Current BLS/CPR certification required
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and care teams
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic healthcare environment
- Prior LPN/LVN experience in a clinical or healthcare setting preferred

Compensation: $32.00 - $33.00 per hour
